Operation “Consumer Reimbursement €1000 on your purchase”
Article 1 – Organizer
The company MAISON CADIOU SAS, with a capital of €5,000,000, headquartered at 980 Route de Douarnenez, Locronan, registered with the Quimper Trade and Companies Register under number 316973312, is organizing the promotional operation entitled “Consumer Reimbursement €1000” (hereinafter “the Operation”).
Article 2 – Purpose of the Operation
The purpose of the operation is to allow consumers who have purchased an eligible product to win, by random draw, a reimbursement of €1000 (one thousand euros) on the VAT-inclusive price of their purchase of this product.
The reimbursement cannot exceed this amount even if several eligible products appear on the same order.
Article 3 – Participation Conditions
To participate in the Operation, the consumer must:
- Have signed an order form or validated a quote with a professional installer for an eligible product between March 15 and June 15, 2025 inclusive.
- Only the order date is taken into account. The delivery, installation, or invoice dates of the product are irrelevant.
- Upload on the page: https://www.kostum.fr/beneficier-de-loffre/, a copy of the purchase invoice and the order form, showing the product(s) ordered, the date, as well as their full contact details (last name, first name, postal address, phone and/or email, but at least one or the other).
Participation in the draw is subject to your unconditional acceptance of these rules by clicking the dedicated button that expresses your agreement after reading them.
Article 4 – Eligible Products
Only the purchase of one of the following products is eligible, to the exclusion of all others:
- Swing and/or sliding gates, pergolas, and carports of the KOSTUM brand.
Article 5 – Participation Procedures
Participants must submit their order supporting documents before December 31, 2025.
Incomplete or illegible orders will not be considered for the draw.
Article 6 – Draw Procedures
1. Draw Principle:
Among all participants, 20 will be randomly drawn and will receive a reimbursement of €1000 on their VAT-inclusive invoice.
2. Procedure:
- The draw will take place on January 19, 2026, electronically, using an automated process with a random selection formula among all participants.
- To ensure transparency, it will be supervised by a judicial officer.
3. Unique Registration – Transfer – Death:
Participation in the operation is reserved for the person whose name appears on the order. The order or its medium cannot be transferred directly or indirectly to any other person.
Only the order holder can, if selected, benefit from the reimbursement. In the event of death before the draw date, the possibility of benefiting from a reimbursement is permanently lost.
Article 7 – Winner Information and Reimbursement Procedures
1. Information:
Winners will be informed by email and/or phone within 15 days after the draw.
In the case of phone notification, a confirmation letter will be sent requesting a bank account statement and/or a postal address to which the reimbursement check will be sent.
Similarly, if it is not possible to contact them by email or phone, a letter will be sent with the same request for information.
Winners contacted by email must provide by email their bank account statement or a postal address to which a check will be sent.
2. Reimbursement Procedure:
The reimbursement of €1000 (one thousand euros) will be made by bank transfer or check.
3. If, within one month of the email or letter notification, the winner has not provided their bank account statement or the postal address to which the check can be sent, they will irrevocably lose the benefit of their prize.
The date of sending the email or letter will be considered the starting point of the one-month period.
Article 8 – Personal Data Protection
The personal information collected by MAISON CADIOU as part of the Operation is intended for the organization of the draw. In accordance with current regulations, participants have the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data at accueil@maison-cadiou.fr
Article 9 – Disputes and Mediation
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these rules will be submitted to the competent courts of Quimper.
Any dispute must first be submitted to the consumer mediator.
