For aluminum gates, we apply powder coating, a powder painting technique that offers a finish resistant to UV, bad weather and rust, while allowing color customization. Wooden gates are subjected to protective treatment to preserve their durability against outdoor conditions, while maintaining natural aesthetics.

Warranty and post-installation follow-up

We build durable, dismantleable and repairable gates but our responsibility does not stop at manufacturing and delivery of your gate, it also extends to its maintenance and repair. Upon simple presentation of the order number, your Kostum installer undertakes to perform a precise diagnosis, establish a quote and plan the intervention necessary to repair your gate. Your Kostum installer remains your main contact throughout the life of your custom gate, but if this is not possible, Kostum takes over. We maintain complete traceability of the manufactured product, which allows us to direct you to a dedicated contact if needed. You can also make Kostum products evolve by installing a motor or decoration several years later!

Kostum is committed to offering you quality products. Our aluminum gates are guaranteed for 30 years against any manufacturing defect or abnormal deformation. Wooden gates have a 5-year warranty. These warranties are granted subject to compliance with usage and maintenance conditions.
